SIENA
Took a day trip down to Siena, a place I haven’t been back to in over 20 years. Still has it going on as a gem of the Tuscan area. I used to lead bicycle tours throughout Italy and one trip we often did was Firenze to Elba with a stop in Siena. Siena was almost ways the highlight of the trip for many reasons not the least of which was a pre-dinner stop at the national Enoteca for wine and cheese.
